Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

All sales are final. Because our products are instantly delivered digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Why we have a no-refund policy
Every product sold by Solopreneur SFC is a downloadable digital product (PDFs, templates, checklists, prompts, and related files). The moment your payment is processed, you receive immediate and permanent access to the full product. Digital goods cannot be "returned" — once delivered, they have been consumed in full. For this reason, all purchases are non-refundable.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- You are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly and in its entirety.
- You are waiving any right to a "cooling-off" or cancellation period to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- All sales are final and no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued, including for change of mind, lack of use, or a belief that the content did not meet personal expectations.
- Product descriptions, previews, and page content are provided so you can make an informed decision before buying.
Limited exceptions
We stand behind the quality and delivery of our products. In the rare cases below, contact us and we will make it right:
- Failed delivery. If a technical issue prevented you from downloading or accessing your product, we will resend it or restore your access.
- Duplicate charge. If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Wrong product. If you received a different product than the one you purchased, we will deliver the correct one.
These exceptions cover access and billing errors only — they are not a satisfaction guarantee, and resolution will normally be re-delivery or correction rather than a monetary refund.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. Where such law requires a remedy, we will comply with it.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first — we respond quickly and want to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is a breach of these terms and may result in loss of access to your purchased products and to future purchases.
